Notice: The Tennis and Sports Courts will be closed for resurfacing. The courts will close on October 13th for approximately 2 weeks depending on weather conditions.
A Friendly Reminder:
Each fall the City receives numerous complaints about leaves being placed in the street for removal. The City is asking the citizens to PLEASE refrain from this practice.
Therefore, if you are planning on using a leaf vacuuming service this year do not rake your leaves into the street. keep them on your property or you may be issued a summons. The City has an ordinance which states……….in no circumstance shall any person cause or allow……….accumulation of fallen leaves, dead shrubbery and other kinds of yard waste, rubbish, refuse and trash from such lot or tract of land to be placed in or upon any abutting street or roadway.
So please place the leaves in the grass at the curb. Not in the street.
Thanks for your co-operation.
